We are one of the world's leading centres for the design, development, prototyping and manufacture of advanced higher frequency solutions. Our work covers the frequency range from 2 to 110 GHz, and is focused on the design and exploitation of advanced Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC) technology.

We offer an extensive range of services, addressing the needs of customers from across a number of commercial sectors, including Transport, Aerospace, Communications and Security.

Measurement & characterisation - We offer measurement and characterisation services, covering the Microwave & Millimetre-wave frequency bands. These services include RF-On-Wafer (RFOW) measurement of small-signal s-parameters, power and noise, together with full characterisation of final sub-system assemblies.

Packaging - We have developed a leading-edge capability in the design, development and manufacture of highly advanced packaging solutions for Microwave and Millimetre-wave circuits and sub-systems.

Prototyping and manufacture - Our cleanroom facility enables the fast delivery of advanced prototypes and manufactured units to stringent specifications.
