Are there any side effects of hyperbaric oxygen therapy?

Sometimes, if you are not able to clear your ears, you can bruise or even perforate the eardrum. Perforation is very unusual.

You may experience temporary changes in your eyesight. Eyesight may improve or deteriorate, but any changes are usually temporary and we do not advise visiting an optician or changing current glasses prescription for at least 8 weeks after completion of treatment.

Many clients feel tired after a treatment so be prepared to rest and relax after your treatment. If you usually work you may need to reduce your hours or even take some time off.

Very rarely, a high dose of oxygen can cause a convulsion but this is unlikely to happen
