Careers in Flight Engineering Services

We’re looking for Design Engineers, Stress Engineers, Systems Engineers and Certification Engineers to join the Design and Development department of our Flight Engineering Services function.

You will have a qualification in electrical, mechanical, stress or aerospace engineering, and experience from any sector of industry. So we’re interested to hear from people who currently hold any of the following roles:

Key skills include 2D and 3D CAD or Finite Element Analysis. We use SolidEdge, FEMAP/Nastran and ELCAD.

Working on a range of civil and military aircraft, including helicopters, fighter jets, heavy aircraft and unmanned air vehicles, with all kinds of technology, our projects range from small upgrades and instrumentation, to major structural modifications and experimental installations.

And we are a Design Approved Organisation, so our Engineers see projects through from conception to commissioning, working alongside the aircraft on-site and liaising closely with pilots, installation and test teams.

Working with high profile Civil and Defence organisations across the world, our philosophy is Agile Engineering - understanding client requirements and then adapting the way we work to the needs of the project. And whatever the methodology, we work as a close knit team across all functions and departments, developing practical solutions and resolving problems.
