QinetiQ have invested in a systematic programme of activities, related to customer satisfaction, so that we can meet the needs of our customers, now and in the future.
As part of this programme QinetiQ collects regular feedback from our customers; it is the customer feedback that helps shape QinetiQ strategy and is critical for our continued development.
