FootSee – QinetiQ 3D foot gauge
The FootSee foot gauge measures feet quickly and accurately providing highly detailed length, girth and shape data, helping to ensure the best shoe fit possible. The gauge can scan both feet simultaneously allowing retail staff to decide quickly on the best fit.
The gauge also records 3D data that enables trend analysis, assisting future footwear design and improving inventory control and the efficiency of in-store service. It is based on innovative 3D optical ranging technology developed and patented by QinetiQ.
