Seagoing Paramarine and Paramarine SeaWeigh

Onboard decision support for ships and submarines
Seagoing Paramarine and Paramarine SeaWeigh, two variants of Paramarine used for onboard decision support, are used by the entire UK Royal Naval surface fleet for day-to-day stability management and damage control advice during incidents.

Seagoing Paramarine
Seagoing Paramarine helps ship personnel make informed decisions about the stability, structural integrity and operation of their vessel. Stability assessment of intact, damaged or different load conditions can be investigated for the current ship condition before any remedial action decision needs to be taken.

Seagoing Paramarine has been in use on Royal Navy warships for over six years.

Seagoing Paramarine for Submarines is the decision support tool variation for submarines.

Paramarine SeaWeigh
Paramarine SeaWeigh is another onboard version of Paramarine used for stability management. Its modern graphical interface makes it particularly suited for ships with large variable loads such as LPDs, Ro-Ro vessels and passenger ferries.

Benefits
Loading optimisation
Various loading conditions can be simulated and stability and structural analysis carried out before any remedial action is made.

Decision support
In the event of damage or an incident, stability can be analysed and load adjustment made. Structural strength can be assessed to actively support action decision making on board.

Easy to use
A single, intuitive interface includes a visual representation of the ship condition.

Emergency response
The ship’s status can be transmitted by email back to a shore based response team.
