On-Site Services

ASAP's capability is not only accredited by UKAS at our 3 major Service Centres, but also for a wide range of calibration and measurement services at our customers' own sites. All on-site activities are also covered by our ISO-BS9000 approval.

These services can be provided anywhere in the UK, or by arrangement, in Europe or worldwide.
Equipment can be calibrated and labeled on site, reducing the downtime associated with sending equipment to a laboratory. Fees are based on location and quantity -please call for details.

We specialise in the calibration of environmental chambers, our on-site accreditation covers the range -700C to 2500C and combined with humidity giving the most comprehensive chamber calibration service available today. A wide range of other instrument types are supported under our accreditation:

Within 72 hours of our on-site support team returning to base, you will receive your Calibration Certificates and test results; either on-line via the CEC or in paper copy form.

On-site calibration minimises downtime and therefore reduces production overheads and the administration of hiring in of essential equipment.

  • Minimises equipment and production down time and maximizes return on investment on high value assets
  • Avoids any risk of damage to equipment in transit
  • Speeds up calibration by avoiding disturbing the equipment

We are happy to provide a quotation for on-site calibration from single instruments to providing full time on-site engineers.
