Equipment Repairs

ASAP offers a repair service for a comprehensive range of test equipment, including any item submitted for calibration. For example:

Temperature and humidity meters Data loggers

Analogue multimeters Level and dB meters 
Power supplies Anti-static equipment

All Instrument repairs are carried out by qualified, experienced staff using manufacturers' specifications, recommended parts, and service manuals, thereby ensuring that the majority of repairs are undertaken quickly.

Our repair engineers will provide a ballpark estimate over the telephone before you send in equipment for repair, or a written quotation on request. Once the equipment is received, we investigate the problem and email or fax a repair estimate for your consideration. No investigation charge is payable if you decide to proceed or if you ask us to dispose of the equipment for you.

Where equipment has been received but is beyond economic repair, we will return or dispose of the item for you. In these circumstances ASAP is able to source new pieces of equipment to agreed specifications. If you proceed with the purchase of a new piece of equipment; no investigation charge is payable.
All repairs are backed by a full 90-day parts, labour and transport warranty.

  • Retain traceable results of all tests performed
  • Provide repair documentation
  • Provide a seal for integrity
