Its directors are Clive Richardson and Graeme Ferrero, from QinetiQ, and Dr Ian Chessell, former Australian Department of defence Chief Scientist and ex-head of DSTO. The newly acquired Australian businesses will be subsidiaries of QinetiQ Pty Ltd, which is itself a subsidiary of QinetiQ Overseas Holdings Ltd. |
