The Survivability Workshop is a European forum for the exchange of information and for identifying potential areas of cooperation in the field of survivability. In current operations involving European nations, survivability of bases, personnel and equipment has a very high priority. This has to be achieved in an environment where the nature and use of the threat is rapidly evolving. This conference will aim to explore the operational context, the developing threats and systems aspects of technical and non-technical solutions for survivability. The tri-service scope of the conference promotes the exchange of ideas and best practice in the fields of survivability modelling, materials and techniques for operational environments which are increasingly seeing common threats. |
