Early Exploitation of Knowledge Generated from Research Tasks.
Every deliverable will include a briefing note for the knowledge integrator summarising work done, outputs, and their significance. On completion of a deliverable, copies will be transferred to the customer. When a deliverable leads to specific implications adoptable in a near-future time frame these will be highlighted to enable swift action.
Demonstrable Route for Knowledge Exploitation.
HSC recognises that there is significant potential to exploit knowledge using techniques developed by recognised Knowledge Innovators, and has commenced discussions with relevant parties regarding the possibility of producing a system that would support the communications the Consortium would require. For example:
- a facility to make knowledge from the Consortium easily accessible to stakeholders
- a secure message board for use by Consortium members, and possibly some sort of interface with QinetiQ’s existing Knowledge Store through a dedicated Consortium area
- a central database of Consortium Capability which would provide these functions, as well as an intuitive search facility for locating member information.
