Fast Facts The Defence Training Review Programme is a complex change management project, whose aim is to provide modern, cost effective, specialist rationalised training, better accommodation and utilisation of training facilities in order to contribute to operational capability. By consolidating training activity onto a reduced number of sites it is expected to achieve significant savings through a more cost effective use of the residential training estate.
