Technology Solutions "provide mechanisms, tools and techniques to enable cost-effective and timely technology insertion"

Confidence Building "through the life of the TI MPA (and beyond) demonstrate technology insertion opportunities to increase stakeholder confidence"

Dialogue "throughout and beyond the TI MPA, maintain the Technology Insertion team ethos across the stakeholders to enable free information and best practice sharing"
