The Trusted Experts Associate Introduction Scheme provides a fee payment for Introduction of new Associates (not QinetiQ employees), introduced to us by our existing Associates (& QinetiQ employees) and whom we successfully place for assignment (s). Under our scheme, you will be eligible for a one-off fee payment of 300 Pounds Sterling (three hundred) per associate, subject to the following conditions:-
- You must be on (or have been in the last six months), assignment with Trusted Experts. If you are not on an assignment at present you will be paid as soon as you have an assignment with Trusted Experts. A QinetiQ employee need not be registered with Trusted Experts.
- The Associate is not already registered with Trusted Experts (or we have not had contact with the Associate for at least 2 years).
- You must register the Associate using the on-line Recommend an Expert Form . Trusted Experts will confirm in writing acceptance of the Associate on to the Scheme.
- Where the same Associate is introduced by more than one person, only the first application received will qualify for the fee.
- We successfully place the Associate with a client within nine months of the date of your introduction.
- Once placed, the Associate must perform task(s) that are equivalent to earned fees for a period of three calendar months at a rate sufficient to cover the introduction fee; after which your introduction fee will be paid.
- If you are PAYE staff, fee payments will be treated as remuneration and subject to normal PAYE deductions.
- If you operate a Limited Company, or you are self-employed then fee payments will be made to your Limited Company, or you for which an invoice is required.
- QinetiQ employees who introduce an Associate and then buy the Associate' services through Trusted Experts do not qualify until the Associate has worked for another cost centre and earned the three month equivalent fee
In the event of a disputed fee, the Trusted Experts' decision shall be final. - Trusted Experts retain the right to change the conditions of, or cancel, the scheme without written notice.
