QinetiQ today announces the appointment of Dave Bradley as Group HR Director. Dave, who joins with immediate effect, brings experience from a wide range of sectors including professional services. Most recently he was in post at RBS.

Dave will be responsible for developing the people agenda for our 11,000 employees across the QinetiQ Group worldwide ensuring that people development and engagement are at the heart of the organisation. This will include ensuring that the newly formed Employee Engagement Group (EEG), which represents all our employees in the UK through elected members, is established as an independent body which QinetiQ management will consult with on major people related issues.

Dave will also be able to build on an established people development programmes enabling the company to continue to invest in all our people including technical expertise and future leaders. He has previously worked at Exxon, ASDA, BAA Heathrow, Ernst & Young, DTZ and RBS.
