Malvern Business Recruiting 60 New Employees
08 July 2013: QinetiQ, the defence and technology company, is planning to recruit 60 new employees at its site in Malvern, Worcestershire over the next 12 months. The recruitment drive reflects QinetiQ’s on-going commitment to building a sustainable business in the area and making Malvern a centre of excellence.
The recruitment drive will see an additional 60 new jobs created in Malvern to help meet business growth. The jobs will vary in experience required from recent graduate jobs to experienced hires in a variety of roles including; software and systems engineers; electronic and network engineers; scientists; project managers and consultants; secure information systems researchers and information security consultants. These roles are open to a wide range of ages and experience with some ideal for graduates and those looking for an early career move to achieve their aspirations. Some roles will also allow for the chance to work internationally.

The roles will be recruited into two QinetiQ businesses based at Malvern, C4ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) and Security. The Security business specialises in providing a wide range of cyber protection services to Government and commercial businesses. The C4ISR business has a wide range of technical expertise doing cutting edge research into a wide range of projects such as radar and satellite communications. It provides consultancy and advice to governments around the world, delivering innovative ideas for protecting buildings and people globally.
