The Fourth Industrial Revolution presents us with an opportunity to shape the way we work in advance of the technological changes that we can’t necessarily anticipate. But it’s not just about technology; there are so many other factors to consider.
At a practical level there needs to be a consideration of investment, to re-evaluate our business models and change our perception of leadership, particularly where accountability is concerned. There is an ethical aspect- can we trust this rapid advance in innovation? This all needs due consideration in order to convert technical concepts into capabilities that deliver proven advantage.
