QinetiQ Australia awarded $9.25 million AUD contract

Minister Pyne said the multi-million dollar contract would create 7 additional jobs in Sydney at the Royal Australian Navy’s Mine Warfare Maintenance Facility at HMAS WATERHEN.
“QinetiQ Australia is a program delivery business that provides support for the acquisition, operation and sustainment of mission critical capability,” Mr Pyne said.
“This contract ensures the Royal Australian Navy will have a reliable source of mine warfare exercise equipment and support for current and future activities.”
“The five year contract is initially valued at $9.25 million, with an option to extend to 10 years.”
