Daniela Walrath joins QinetiQ US as Chief People Officer

QinetiQ US announced today that Daniela Walrath has joined the company as Chief People Officer. In this role she will be responsible for all Human Resources, talent acquisition, and people roles while executing a transformational difference and streamlining core business operations.

Daniela has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources with large organizations such as Acuity International, Northrup Grumman, CSRA, and Lockheed Martin. She has extensive experience across a multitude of operational functions including human capital, compensation, change management, organizational design, mergers and acquisitions, and leadership development.

“Daniela has an exceptional reputation and proven experience translating goals into strategic initiatives, building effective relationships with key partners, coaching leaders, and supporting teams to drive high levels of performance,” said Shawn Purvis, President and CEO of QinetiQ US. “We are excited to welcome her to the team.”

Prior to joining QinetiQ US, Daniela led several HR organizations in initiatives including compensation, benefits, performance management, HR business partner support, employee and labor relations, talent management and succession planning, talent acquisition, and workforce strategies.
