QinetiQ US Names Jennifer Deaver as Chief People Officer

Deaver brings more than 20 years of human resources leadership with a proven track record of building high-performing organizations through workforce planning, talent strategy and innovative recruiting. She most recently led QinetiQ US' Talent Acquisition organization, transforming it into an award-winning function that directly supports mission readiness and company growth. Prior to joining QinetiQ US, Jenn shaped enterprise talent strategy at Avantus Federal, leading workforce and operational transformation during a period of significant growth through the company's acquisition by QinetiQ.

Deaver studied Legal Studies at Lasell College. She is a two-time recipient of the iCIMS Innovator Award for advancing talent technologies and process automation and has built nationally recognized talent acquisition teams named among the industry's Top 100 Talent Acquisition Teams.

Deaver’s appointment is effective July 6, 2026.
