Individuals will take part in a combination of online development, mentoring and coaching and may be required to take part in on-the-job learning for up to 12 weeks with our specialist team in UK live test and evaluation environments. Through this bespoke and focused experience, there will be the chance to learn, develop and grow and be at the forefront of enhancing and creating our T&E capability.

The program will develop each individual to support them in taking a future leadership role in QinetiQ’s global Test & Evaluation teams and provide them with the competencies to advise on and deliver critical, through-life T&E services to our customers going forward.
