QinetiQ US Teamed Up With ClearanceJobs To Talk About Mission-Led Innovation On Their ClearedCast Podcast

During the 20-minute conversation, Andres Meneses, Data Technology Group, Co-Lead & Rob Abbott Business Portfolio Director shared insights into our intelligence and national security career opportunities. They also expanded on the culture of the company and the opportunities for internal growth.

Meneses spoke to how his experiences at QinetiQ have given him opportunities to make a real and direct impact on our customers mission:

“I’m very focused on user experience, user interaction. What I always keep in mind is that you have to build something that will be used because I have worked on prior projects at other companies where the teams don’t build with the end user in mind. You end up building a great product, but no one uses it.”

Abbott, who’s work is done in our ICIA division, says his daily interactions and engagement with his team members and colleagues makes his experience at the company enjoyable:

“Personally, I love getting to work in the cleared space. You work not only with people who are smart, but are smart in so many different ways.”

It’s really, really neat working with people who have the skills to do almost anything, but they’ve chosen to dedicate their lives or their careers to keeping our nation safe. Being able to have just a small part in making their lives easier, is just tremendously satisfying.”
