QinetiQ US Wins $7.7M Contract to Enhance C-5 Fleet Protection with LAST Armor®

The Defense Logistics Agency awards QinetiQ US a $7.7 million contract to provide survivability solutions for the U.S. Air Force's C-5 Galaxy fleet. QinetiQ US will deliver over 40 LAST Armor® sets to protect the remaining operational C-5 aircraft through their planned service life.

This contract supports Air Mobility Command's mission requirements and demonstrates continued confidence in QinetiQ US’ aircraft protection technologies. LAST Armor® delivers high-performance ballistic protection while maintaining the lightweight requirements essential for military aircraft.
