QinetiQ US Appoints Scott McGleish as Chief Growth Officer

QinetiQ US today announces the appointment of Scott McGleish as Chief Growth Officer, strengthening the company's executive leadership team as it advances its position in strategic growth areas across multiple services and solutions domains.
Scott brings exceptional leadership and strategic vision that will accelerate our growth trajectory,
said Tom Vecchiolla, President and Chief Executive of QinetiQ US. His unique combination of international business acumen, deep customer understanding, and proven ability to build high-performing teams positions us to expand our footprint while deepening partnerships across the defense and national security community.
Scott brings over 30 years of senior executive experience in aerospace and defense business development and P&L management. He most recently served as President and General Manager of Weibel Scientific North America, leading operations, strategy, and business growth for instrumentation and surveillance radars.
His previous roles include senior executive P&L and business development positions at Raytheon Technologies and Booz Allen Hamilton with multiple international assignments, where he developed expertise in global market development and strategic partnerships.
Prior to his industry career, Scott served with distinction for 21 years as a U.S. Army Special Forces Officer and Non-Commissioned Officer. He led and conducted combat operations during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom, developing a deep operational understanding of customer requirements and mission priorities.
