It's National Apprentice Week! Here at QinetiQ, we are committed to supporting our employees to continuously develop and grow their skills, and enhance their career opportunities, which ensures that we have the skills we need to deliver for our customers now and into the future.

Throughout the week, apprentices, employers and training providers come together to showcase the positive impact that apprenticeships can have on individuals. National Apprenticeship Week is a celebration of the value and benefits of apprenticeships, as well as an opportunity to raise awareness about the various apprentices opportunities available for individuals.

Apprenticeships offer unique combination of on-the-job training and theoretical learning, providing individuals with the skills, knowledge and experience they need to succeed in their chosen careers. They are a popular choice for those seeking a practical hands-on approach to learning, and provide an excellent opportunity for individuals to gain experience, build their networks, and earn a salary while they study.

During apprentice week, events are held across the country to highlight opportunities available to individuals who are interested in pursuing an apprenticeship. These events often apprenticeship fairs, employer presentations, and workshops where individuals can meet with employers
