The 18-month program will see QinetiQ’s graduate engineers and consultants working to solve some of Australia’s most complex technological and scientific challenges from day one, mentored by local and global technological leaders.

The program offers young professionals the opportunity to work across land, air and maritime domains, on some of Australia’s leading Defence projects and military platforms.

QinetiQ’s unique program is delivered in three phases, with each designed to provide graduates with rich professional and personal development. Our structured graduate learning calendar is tailored to upskill those within the early stages of their career, providing all the tools needed to contribute to building capability in specialised areas.

Graduate Engineer Alexandra Salkin said QinetiQ’s graduate program had proven to be helpful for long term career planning.

“It has fostered development of my knowledge and skills for my short-term career goals, while giving me the opportunity to find new passions in areas I didn’t know existed,” Alexandra said.
