Australian Win in Space Domain

QinetiQ Australia is proud to announce that we have been selected by the Joint Capability Group’s Space Services, Training Areas and Simulation Branch (SSTASB) to be their Strategic Partner in the provision of Capability Management and Engineering services. The work will encompass the Capability Life Cycle for Satellite Communications, Positioning, Navigation and Timing, Defence Training Areas and Simulation, Health Knowledge Management, and Defence Records Digitisation.

The contract was signed on the 25 November 2020 after a highly collaborative negotiation period which has set the foundations for an open and transparent relationship as the team transitioned into and commenced delivering services in early January. With a great start and growing trust across the uniformed, APS and QinetiQ team, we look forward to playing our part as SSTASB provide critical capability and support to the ADF’s Joint Force over the coming decade.
