Experience in working within Commonwealth procurement framework and common Government contracting suites including the Defence ASDEFCON construct Foreign and military sales (FMS) case management.
Developing full suite of procurement documentation either in house or to client requirements, from tender development and evaluation through to negotiation and ongoing contract management.
Our cost engineering services have developed capital and operating cost estimates (including lifecycle and through-life support costs) that support the analysis and mitigation of risks in determining feasible solutions for acquisition and sustainment of capital equipment
