Andy McGowan, Senior Business Development Manager
Andy McGowan - Senior Business Development Manager
Andy joined QinetiQ in December 2018 following 22 years as an engineer in the Royal Air Force (RAF). He left the RAF in 2007 and remained in Defence, leading numerous multi-disciplinary teams in various businesses. Hurn is a key component of the wider QinetiQ Land Capability Assurance offering for which Andy is responsible.
Carl Monk, Head of Site
Carl Monk - Head of Site
Carl has been a member of the QinetiQ team since its inception in 2001. Prior to that he was part of the Defence Evaluation and Research Agency team. With this experience and in his role as Head of Site for the Hurn Proving Ground, he is able to lead his team of experts in the delivery of vital automotive trials and programmes.

Craig joined QinetiQ in early 2023, bringing with him two decades of experience working with the Ministry of Defence, where he is now a Senior Project Manager managing trials activities at our Hurn Proving Ground.
