Minister for Defence Industry opens new Australian office

“South Australia has a strong Defence industry, and QinetiQ’s new office demonstrates their confidence in and commitment to Australia and Australian jobs,” Minister Pyne said.
“QinetiQ provides a range of advanced services to Defence, recently acquiring RubiKon Group; it has 27 staff now in Adelaide.”
"QinetiQ is experiencing strong growth across Australia and now employs over 350 Australians, with more growth on the horizon.”
“QinetiQ is an important industry support partner for flight testing systems at Woomera Test Range, and has recently commenced engineering, logistics and business support for the P-8A Poseidon’s crucial Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance capabilities in South Australia.”
Minister Pyne said the Government’s investment in Defence capability was a national program across all States and Territories.
“South Australia is well placed to benefit from the Government’s unprecedented $200 billion Defence investment."
“Companies like QinetiQ are making important investment decisions now to set themselves up for success in the future and to take advantage of these opportunities”.
