This includes the establishment of the Defence Support Services (DSS) Panel for the procurement of services in skill sets across the six CASG Centre of Expertise (CoEs).
Through this approach to market to establish the DSS Panel, CASG took the opportunity to adopt a more strategic and integrated approach to its support services requirements through the appointment of four Major Service Providers (MSPs) who are capable of delivering larger, longer-term and more integrated work packages across the CASG domains and CoE functions.
QinetiQ, in a consortium led by Nova Systems and including PwC, have been selected by CASG as one of these four MSPs to provide ‘Strategic Partner’, ‘Capability Partner’ and ‘Integrated Work Partner’ services for up to the next 11 years.
Together with our six preferred suppliers: Omni Executive, Arup, SMEC Defence, Logistic Engineering Services (LES), AMW Professional Services and BMT Design and Technology we aim to be recognised as the MSP of choice.
Industry Engagement
QinetiQ, Nova Systems and PwC share Defence’s commitment to growing the capability and capacity in the sector, especially through specific commitments to engage and promote small businesses and small to medium enterprises, all focused on best for defence outcomes.
We are interested in hearing from individuals or companies that can assist in the delivery MSP support services, especially if you are an approved provider on the DSS Panel.
