Sale of Cyveillance business to LookingGlass Cyber Solutions

QinetiQ Group Plc announces today it has reached an agreement to sell Cyveillance, Inc. (“Cyveillance”). Cyveillance was previously a business unit in the US Services division (sold on 23 May 2014).

11 December 2015 : QinetiQ Group Plc announces today it has reached an agreement to sell Cyveillance, Inc. ("Cyveillance"). Cyveillance was previously a business unit in the US Services division (sold on 23 May 2014).

The business has been bought by LookingGlass Cyber Solutions, Inc. for a cash consideration of $35 million before transaction expenses. In the full year ending 31 March 2015 the Cyveillance business had revenue of $18m.
