Seana has extensive HR leadership experience serving as the trusted resource of business leaders and employees. She is an innovative HR strategist with a history of promoting employee development and innovative talent solutions. Her proven ability to design value-aligned HR strategies and solutions from the ground up will support and enable QinetiQ's growth initiatives.

Seana spent the majority of her 20+ year career in the government contracting industry spanning multiple HR functions, including compensation, operations, HRIS, talent management, and HR business partner. In her most recent role at SAIC, she served as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Strategy, Growth, and Innovation horizontal business group and the corporate functions.

Seana holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland and received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arizona. She is an HCI certified Strategic HR Business Partner (sHRBP), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), received her Human Resources Management Certification from George Mason University and is an mbg Certified Functional Nutrition Expert.
